GiGs WiGs 5.0

GiGs WiGs” is a once a week post mentioning all the great many local home-grown gigs and music releases happening in and around the city!

I do this for the music I like, the artists I love and the people who need to know about it. Hope I can do justice to this. And I hope you like what you read and continue to support me!

Keep scrolling to know what’s in store this week!

An Honest effort.

Protocol is back in action and HOW! After a pretty long hiatus, and an excruciating one for me, personally, cause I have seen this record materialise over months in front of my eyes. Protocol has dropped the brand new single “An Honest Conversation” from their upcoming debut album “Friars lantern”.

These guys and girl (POWER) have got much more in store. You just need to press that PLAY button. Make sure you follow them to know when they drop the full-length album. With a fresh new spin on prog you MUST check this out!

Blank spaces = New singles.

After good number of live gigs under their belt, the boys from Hook have released an unexpected new single “Blank spaces”. A stripped down, acoustic number which is nothing short of FEELS and is pretty different from their usual GoBigOrGoHome kinda sound.

With a video shot via Patio Unplugged in a cutesy, lit AF set up, staying true to their grungy roots while still trying something new, these boys will surely surprise you with this one.hook.png
